Veggie/vegan diet.
I am a vegetarian man with a few extra pounds returning to a more fit/athletic shape. But I'm conflicted getting back into shape with a tight stomach. My conflict is that I'm an accomplished vegetarian cook, able to cook for 500 people or more. But there's a saying "Never trust a skinny cook!" There's my excuse for not getting too buff and I'm sticking with it but actively in the game.
